As a wisdom seeker… I studied Spiritual Direction with Benedictine Nuns in Colorado.
As a risk taker… I followed the amazing Martha Beck into life coach training.
As a lover of joy… I became an Expressive Arts Coach with the multi-talented Lucia Capacchione.
I am a Grandmother of four wildlings, and a lover of nature, books, and hard truths. I create spaces that are filled with tenderness, beauty, and even a little humor. I’ve been down long roads and I’m here to offer some shelter for you from yours.
I have been a seeker and I still am, but I’ve stopped asking the books and the stars and started listening to the teaching of my own soul.
