MUDD Season
We may not live in the northeastern states where there actually is a fifth season called “Mudd Season.” It’s the season where the ground is still frozen and the spring rain has nowhere to go. The change cycles in our lives continue to offer that season to us. You know, that aching, restless feeling where something in you is yearning to be born. Yet the truth of it is that if being birthed right now, it would most likely die or be less than.
As uncomfortable as it is, mudd season has hidden gifts. This workshop gives you a creative practice to get clarity of the why or what your outer moves should be. Listening deeper using images, objects and language you’ll hear your own directions. May that wordless longing become rooted enough to thrive.
All workshops are donation-based; pay what you can.
